This easy vanilla cold foam recipe uses only 3 ingredients: heavy cream, real maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whip up delicious homemade cold foam made with real ingredients in less than 2 minutes.

3 Tablespoons heavy cream 1 Tablespoon real maple syrup ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a tall glass or jar, combine heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Use a milk frother or whisk for 20-30 seconds until foamy.
Serve immediately and pour vanilla cold foam on top of your iced drink.
Mix until the cold foam starts to get foamy but don't over mix unless you want whipped cream instead.
A milk frother is the best tool for cold foam because it makes mixing effortless!
Make sure your maple syrup is the real stuff, not artificially flavored corn syrup. Real maple syrup gives the best flavor.
If you don't have maple syrup, you can substitute 1 Tablespoon of powdered sugar instead.
